YOUR PROFILE<\/h4>\n

You have at least three years of professional experience and solid technical and methodological knowledge as well as practical experience in organizational development and change management, preferably in consulting<\/p>\n

You have practical experience working on organizational development or change management projects and have achieved initial success<\/p>\n

You have strong analytical and conceptual skills<\/p>\n

You have a convincing professional manner, cope confidently with demanding customer situations and appreciate building customer relationships closely and sustainably<\/p>\n

You have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to deal with situations of conflict<\/p>\n

You consider flexibility and result-oriented work as a matter of course<\/p>\n
