Sector: chemical industry, appr. 6.000 employees, division: IT and logistics
Project duration: 1 year, consulting service: Change Management, 7 consultants
The IT subsidiary of an international chemicals group is to be merged with the decentralized internal IT departments.
The reason for this change integration project is that the IT costs are too high and the quality and performance are too low from the customer’s point of view.
Bröker + Partner conducts a change readiness analysis, stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis. Based on the results, appropriate measures are derived. The most important is the executive development program “Leadership & Change”, consisting of three modules and accompanying individual coaching measures.
The program is carried out by Bröker + Partner in Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America with over 400 executives in German, English and Portuguese.
Empowerment enables managers to implement the changes in their teams much more quickly. As a result, the hoped-for effects in terms of increased efficiency and quality are also realized more quickly.
The client’s high level of satisfaction with this program is also demonstrated by the fact that Leadership & Change was named “Training Program of the Year” by the client. In a follow-up project, Bröker + Partner supports a newly created Business Relationship Management team in operationalizing its own role.
Consolidation of IT, logistics and governance functions within an MDAX group. High costs (especially IT) and low quality. Global project scope
Increasing efficiency and improving the cost structure. Empowerment of more than 400 executives to become change leaders
Conducting various analyses of change dynamics in the organization. Deriving, designing and implementing change management measures worldwide and in multiple languages.
``Leadership & Change`` is named Training Program of the Year. Managers worldwide are equipped with the right tools and mindset to drive change in their own teams. Bröker + Partner accompanies individual IT functions in follow-up projects.
The role of the change leader has maximum priority in a major change. A training program that places great emphasis on the personal responsibility of the participating executives, while at the same time providing tools and room for trial and error, releases the energy necessary for this role. Today, Bröker + Partner still uses the Leadership & Change concept as an effective tool in change management projects.
